1 out of 5 starsThe box I am leaving a review on, looks nothing like the image. It's a cheap imitation only matched by the terrible customer service I'm receiving. I've NEVER written a bad review in Etsie, even when items received were not to par, I would just abstain from writing a review. But in this case, I'm so disappointed I feel I must comment. (1) The box list doesn't close flush with the box - it has a gap. (2) The box colour looks like birch - it's almost white. I understand there are variations when it comes to natural wood, but I assumed it's more related to a couple of shades lighter or darker, or variation on the grain, etc. This looks like a completely different wood and is almost white in colour. (3) There's so much gloss that it looks like cheap plastic. I paid over $180 CAD (total) for this and I'm bitterly disappointed.

5 out of 5 starsI bought it as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. She liked it very much. I printed the name and engraving on it and it was very nice. Shipping and packaging were also very nice. My box arrived unharmed. Thank you very much to the seller. I am thinking of buying another one for my daughter's birthday.
